Co Scholastic

CBSE has introduced change in the assessment of the co- scholastic activities from this session onwards. Health and Physical education is mandatory from 2018-19 session. This is an essential requirement for writing the Board examination. It will be mandatory for the school to upload a report of work accomplished across the strands of grade X and XII in the prescribed manner, for enabling students to sit for the Board exam. This format is to be compulsorily implemented for classes IX, X, XI and first half of the year for class XII.

Following is the brief of the Subjects covered under HPE and their marking as provided by CBSE. There will be four subjects n HPE and their evaluation will be done as follows.

1 Parents should sign the progress card of their ward in the school.
2 Report cards are given away only at the session end.
3 Marks along with grades will be awarded to the students in each subject.
4 According to the new rule of CBSE, to be effective in the session of 18-19, if the students have not met the required grades , they will be detained in the same class.
